You can permanently delete your Kudent account and every piece of data tied to it in two ways — from inside the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have access to it.
This is permanent. Either path below removes your account and data for good — your profile, logged results, study logs, notes, quiz and duel history, any tutor listing, and your links with tutors and parents. There's no way to undo it or recover the data afterward.

From inside Kudent
Takes under a minute if you still have the app installed and can sign in.
Open Kudent and log in.
Go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Re-enter your password, check the confirmation box, and tap Permanently delete my account.

Use this if your phone, the app, or your login is no longer available to you.
Email us from the address your account is registered under:
support@oojway.com
Subject: "Delete my Kudent account". We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and reply once it's done.
What gets deleted
Both paths remove the same things — your account credentials and every piece of academic and profile data stored for it:
Account email, password & phone number
Profile, photo & public profile
Logged results, study time & attendance
Notes, goals & schedule
Personality result & chosen career
Quiz, duel & ranking history
Tutor listing, groups & uploaded files
Links with tutors & parents
A few records that also belong to someone else can remain, such as a tutor's record of your sessions or a past duel as the other player saw it — see the Privacy Policy for details.
